My Story
Hello, my name is Theresa, and I am a Spiritual Life Coach. My purpose is not something I discovered overnight-it was born through life's deepest challenges and transformed into a calling to help others awaken to their own inner strength.
There was a time when my life was ruled by addiction, fear, self-doubt, and lasting wounds of physical, sexual and emotional abuse. I witnessed the unimaginable tragedy of suicide, became a widowed mother raising three children, and experienced what it felt like to have almost nothing. For many years, trauma shaped my beliefs about myself and my future.
But my story did not end there.
Step by step, I chose healing. I embraced sobriety. I rebuilt my life from the ground up, creating a stable home, building a successful career, and most importantly discovering a deep sense of inner peace. Along the way, I developed a profound relationship with the Universe, learned to trust my intuition, and found the self-love I had been searching for all long.
Today, I know that our past does not define our future. Our greatest wounds can become the doorway to our greatest purpose.
As a Spiritual Life Coach, I guide people who feel stuck, overwhelmed, disconnected, or ready for something more. Through spiritual growth, mindset transformation, energy alignment, and conscious creation, I help my clients release limiting beliefs, heal emotional wounds, reconnect with their authentic selves, and create lives rooted in peace, purpose, and possibility.
I don't promise a life without challenges. I promise a safe space where healing is honored, transformation is possible, and you are reminded of the truth that has always lived within you- you are worthy, powerful, deeply loved, and capable of creating a life that aligns with your soul.
